# all·markdown

Terms

All Markdown is free to use, for anything, including commercial work. There is no account to create and nothing to agree to beyond the short list below.

Who provides this

All Markdown is operated by Simov Studio LTD, a company registered in Cyprus, founded by Aleksandar Simov. "We" below means that company. You can reach us at hello@simov.studio.

What these terms cover

They cover allmarkdown.com as it exists today: a set of tools that run in your browser, free, with no account and no upload. That is the whole product at the time of writing.

If we later offer something different, such as an optional account with cloud storage, it will carry its own terms and you would have to agree to them separately before using it. Nothing on this page gives us any right over content you keep on your own device today, and adding an optional service would not change how the free local tools work.

Your content is yours

We claim no rights over anything you write, open or export here. In the free browser tools described above we also have no practical means of claiming anything, because your documents are processed on your own device and are not transmitted to us. The privacy page sets out exactly what does and does not leave your browser.

Provided as-is

The site is offered without warranty of any kind, so far as the law allows. Conversion between document formats is imperfect by nature, so check anything important before relying on it and keep your own copy of work that matters.

Documents you open are stored by your own browser, and a browser can remove them: when it clears storage to free space, in private browsing, or when you clear site data yourself. Treat the editor as a workspace rather than as a backup. We are not liable for lost or altered documents.

Fair use

Use it as much as you like. Do not attempt to disrupt the site for other people, and do not use it to break the law. Because every conversion runs on your own machine, the limits you are likely to meet are your browser's rather than ours.

Availability

We do not promise the site will be available at any particular time, and we may change or withdraw features. If it disappeared tomorrow, the documents in your browser would still be in your browser: the export buttons exist so that you never have to depend on us for a copy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.

Changes

If these terms change in substance, the change will be described on this page and the date below will be updated. That the free browser tools process your documents on your own device is not something we intend to change. If it ever did change, or if an optional service with different handling were added, it would be stated here and on the privacy page before it took effect, and the free local tools would go on being described separately.
